– Tasting notes: Pale green to yellow with golden glints, this Pouilly-Fumé has a well-balanced, very aromatic, fruity and floral nose. It delivers a good finish, typical of this appellation. Perfect balance between freshness and roundness.

– Wine-making process: With natural yeast (grapes are pressed directly and matured on fine lees for about 6 months in stainless steel vats). Can be kept for 2 to 3 years.
